From coffee and customers to recognition and results

The fourth quarter began with the smell of freshly brewed coffee. Quite literally.

On International Coffee Day, we poured an extra cup to celebrate the fuel that keeps development, support and sales running.

But as always, that was only the beginning of a quarter packed with momentum.

From press release to recognition

Shortly after, we shared a milestone we were proud to announce. IntraManager was named a Børsen Gazelle for the fifth time.

That kind of recognition doesn’t come around every day. And it’s never something we take for granted. The award proves that our growth is not just impressive on the surface. It’s documented and sustained over time. That gives us the energy to keep moving forward.

In connection with the award, openPR also published a press release, where Michael shared what the recognition means for both the team behind the platform and the customers using it every day. You can read it right here.

Another recognition followed. We were nominated in the Tech category at EY Entrepreneur of the Year. A major milestone and a true team achievement. Both Michael and Lars participated in the regional and national finals and brought home valuable inspiration and insight.

Customers, community and connection

October was also filled with activities like the KISS event and Customer Service Week. Our CEO Lars joined KISS and shared experiences and perspectives with other voices from the industry. It’s the kind of event that adds energy and fresh thinking.

During Customer Service Week, we had the chance to celebrate the many fantastic people on the frontlines every single day. We know how important great service is for the customer experience and the business, and we’re proud to provide software that helps deliver just that.

Martin also represented IntraManager at “Danmark Øver,” a national emergency preparedness exercise focusing on collaboration, cybersecurity and communication. It’s crucial to be prepared and to be part of the networks that strengthen both society and businesses.

More opportunities through new integrations

We also kept expanding the integration universe in IntraManager Board. In Q4, we launched integrations to both S2 and GetAccept.

These two powerful platforms can now be connected directly to your dashboards. This means stronger consistency, better visibility and even more ways to measure and motivate across systems.

A growing partnership with 3 Denmark

Another key moment this quarter was the expansion of our partnership with 3 Denmark.

The collaboration now includes even more teams, all gaining access to live data, visual dashboards and motivational tools. We’re proud to be part of their day-to-day and their growth journey.

Halloween and Ignite

October also brought a creative boost with the launch of our Halloween theme in IntraManager Board. Small visual changes can have a big impact, and it added a fun spark for many of our users.

We also took part in Ignite, a high-energy event filled with innovation and bold ideas. We came back with new knowledge, great conversations and inspiration that will shape how we continue to develop our platform.

London, Lucas and leaderboards

Towards the end of the quarter, Michael headed to London for the Contact Centre Expo and Customer Experience Expo UK.

There, he met peers from across the industry, gathered insights and shared ideas about the future of contact centre solutions. These are the kinds of events that shape our roadmap and fuel our product thinking.

We also welcomed Lucas as a full-time member of our sales team.

After a successful internship, it was a natural next step. Lucas already contributes with energy and insights in our customer dialogues, and we’re excited to follow his journey as part of the team.

We rounded off the quarter with our annual holiday hustle. That included festive features like Christmas-themed boards, updated leaderboards and our traditional Christmas dinner. As the year came to a close, we took a moment to reflect on everything we had accomplished and everything still to come.

Thanks for a fantastic 2025

Q4 showed us what happens when data, dedication and daily motivation go hand in hand.

With new integrations, major nominations and even more visibility across our platform and partnerships, we’re closing the year with pride.

We’re already looking forward to 2026.
