From Easter and people engagement to Stockholm, new features and beer brewing
The second quarter started with a short Easter break.
We recharged, took a breath and got ready to come back with new energy. And honestly, that was probably a good idea, because Q2 quickly turned out to be anything but quiet.
There were events, new colleagues, stronger integrations, product updates and even more great conversations about what we care about most. Data, dashboards, motivation and how teams actually use it in everyday work.
From Copenhagen to customer service in practice
Shortly after Easter, we headed to Customer Service Expo in Copenhagen with PeopleTeam.
It turned into a day full of good conversations, strong talks and plenty of inspiration from people working close to customer service every day. Three points in particular stayed with us.
Motivation often beats measurement. Data only matters if people actually use it. And even with all the talk about AI, it still comes down to people.
That fits very well with what we work on every day. Because dashboards and data only create real value when they are understood, used and turned into action.
New energy in development
Q2 also brought another strong addition to the team.
We welcomed Martin, our new backend developer. He works on everything behind the scenes in IntraManager Board. The parts you do not always see, but the ones that make everything run.
With strong technical curiosity, an eye for complexity and an impressive ability to take on new challenges, Martin is already making his mark on the platform.
And yes, when he is not building backend, he is apparently building a racing simulator setup and learning Japanese. So it is safe to say he fits right in.
Stockholm, Kontaktadagen and strong relationships
Later in the quarter, we went to Stockholm for Kontaktadagen together with Kontakta Sverige.
It became a couple of really good days with familiar faces, new connections and many conversations about what actually works in modern customer service.
That is one of the best things about events. You step away from emails and Teams meetings for a while and meet people face to face. At the same time, it gives us a chance to hear how companies work with data, dashboards and engagement in real life.
That is also why it was great to spend time with partners and industry people. Those are the kinds of conversations that both inspire and create new opportunities.
Gamification that makes progress visible
On the product side, we also focused on gamification.
Among other things, we showed how achievements in IntraManager Board can make goals, milestones and great work more visible. When employees can see their progress and get recognised for it, performance becomes more tangible.
In addition, we highlighted Spin the Wheel and our broader gamification universe. Achievements, team games, races, live notifications and Wheel of Fortune are not small extra features. They are part of the full Board experience.
In short, it is about making everyday work a little more motivating. Not by turning work into a game, but by making progress, recognition and results visible.
More integrations, more visible data
At the same time, we expanded our integration universe.
With the Podio integration, teams can now bring project data, activities, pipelines and custom data directly into IntraManager Board. That means less time spent looking for information and more time acting on it.
We also launched our new Zoho CRM integration. With this, teams can visualise their most important CRM data live in Board, create custom KPIs and use gamification to keep motivation high.
Both integrations support the same goal. Making data more visible, more useful and easier for teams to gather around.
New ideas in the blog universe
Q2 was also the quarter where we expanded our blog universe with more content on the topics we work with every day.
We wrote about gamification in contact centers and why TV dashboards still work in 2026.
Both posts are really about the same thing. Visibility. Because when data becomes more alive, it becomes easier for teams to understand, react and engage.
From dashboards to beer brewing
Of course, Q2 was not only about events, data and product development.
We also made time for a social event where dashboards were swapped for beer brewing at BrygEvent and BrygSelv Odense.
In teams, we brewed our own IntraManager beer, with different recipes, different approaches and probably a few different opinions on what makes the perfect result.
Now we are just waiting to find out if we have a future as brewers. Or if we should stick to software.
Afterwards, we wrapped up the day with dinner, laughter and good company. A pretty great way to end a Friday.
Ready for the next quarter
Q2 has been a quarter with plenty of momentum.
From Copenhagen to Stockholm. From new integrations to new features. From gamification and dashboards to beer brewing and great conversations.
We are taking the energy, the relationships and all the good input with us into what comes next.
Q3, we are ready.
