From reporting to new teammates and international insights

The first quarter of 2026 has already flown by. And as always, it has been anything but quiet.

We launched new features, welcomed new colleagues, shared strong results and kicked off the year with continued focus on growth and international presence.

And yes, we also made time for Berlin, football jerseys and the first signs of spring along the way.

Let me take you through the first part og the year.

New features, strong results and more possibilities

We started the year by doing what we do best. Making everyday work easier for our customers.

With the launch of our reporting feature, we took another step toward making data more accessible and less time consuming. Because reporting should not take hours. It should just work.

At the same time, we reached an important milestone.
IntraManager Board now supports more than 55 integrations.

This means more flexibility, better data flow and an even clearer overview across systems. All visualised live in one place.

Meanwhile, our Customer Success team continues to deliver strong results. With an NPS score of 76, it is clear that close dialogue, fast support and strong partnerships truly make a difference.

New faces and more energy in the team

Q1 also brought several new colleagues.

We welcomed Alvaro to the sales team, where he is already helping expand our reach. Especially in Spanish speaking markets, where interest continues to grow.

At the same time, Kasper joined as Senior Frontend Developer and has quickly made an impact with his focus on intuitive and seamless user experiences.

In addition, Christian joined as Business Development Representative, bringing a strong focus on quality, structure and meaningful conversations.

In short. More people. More energy. And even more momentum.

Berlin, connections and international perspectives

At the same time, we continued to strengthen our international presence.

Lars and Martin attended CCW in Berlin, where they connected with professionals from across the contact center industry. The event was filled with valuable conversations about dashboards, gamification and how to make performance visible.

These insights play an important role in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring we continue to build solutions that meet real market needs.

A strong foundation to build on

Amid all the new initiatives, we also looked back.

We published our 2025 annual report, highlighting strong growth, improved profitability and increasing international interest. A clear sign that our focus on product, customers and scalability is paying off.

That gives both confidence and motivation moving forward.

The small moments still matter

Even with a high pace, there is still room for the small moments.

We celebrated #Football-Shirt-Friday. We welcomed the first signs of spring. And we kicked off preparations for upcoming events.

Because even in a busy quarter, culture is built in the details.

Ready for what’s next

Q1 has set a strong direction for the rest of the year.

With new features, new colleagues, strong results and international inspiration, we are bringing that momentum into the next quarter.

Q2 is just around the corner. And we are ready.
