A financial result that shows more than numbers
First and foremost, our 2025 annual report shows that we have made significant progress.
The result for the year reached DKK 1.5 million, representing an increase of 39.6 percent compared to the previous year. At the same time, equity grew to DKK 4.2 million, an increase of 54.6 percent.
The numbers speak for themselves.
However, more importantly, they reflect the foundation behind them.
Behind the growth lies a focused effort to build a more robust and scalable SaaS business. For us, it is not just about growing fast. It is about growing the right way.

From transformation to a stable SaaS business
Looking back, this development did not happen overnight.
Since our transformation in 2018, when we moved from a consulting business to a focused SaaS model, the direction has been clear. Since 2021, our business has been fully subscription based.
This creates stability. It creates predictability. And most importantly, it allows us to focus on long term value creation.
That is why 2025 has been about building on that foundation. At the same time, we have worked deliberately to reduce revenue risk. Our ARR is now distributed across more customers and markets, making the business more resilient.

Growing international interest
At the same time, our development does not stop at national borders.
Today, we deliver software from Funen to customers in eight countries. Meanwhile, our platform is used in more than 35 countries worldwide.
In addition, we are seeing increasing interest from across Europe. More companies are recognising the value of combining performance, motivation and visibility in one platform.
This confirms one thing.
We are on the right track. And the potential ahead is significant.
Results built together with customers and employees
Although the numbers are strong, they do not tell the whole story.
Our progress in 2025 has been built in close collaboration with both customers and employees. Because when companies choose IntraManager, they are not just choosing a product. They are choosing a partnership.
