Right to be forgotten
In accordance with Article 17 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR or EU GDPR), users can exercise their right to be forgotten by requesting the complete deletion of their personal information previously provided to IntraManager A/S.
If you are a customer of IntraManager A/S, you can exercise the right to be forgotten in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement. If you wish to be deleted more quickly, please feel free to send a deletion request to support@intramanager.com, specifying your desire for expedited deletion.
However, if you an employee of one of our customers, please contact the responsible party at your employer and request to exercise your right to be forgotten.
The above applies to both IntraManager A/S web applications and the following apps:
- IntraManager Work
- IntraManager Board
Our intention is to process your request and ensure complete deletion without undue delay, and no later than one month after receiving the request. This period may be extended by two additional months if necessary, considering the complexity and number of requests. A confirmation message will be sent to the email address provided in the deletion request.
