Who is IntraManager?
IntraManager was created by Lars Klausen and Michael Behrens out of the fascination of doing things yourself and a need to optimize workflows.

Lars Klausen and Michael Behrens met for the first time in 2010. They were CEO and sales coordinator in a large telemarketing agency, respectively, and they experienced daily that they lacked an overview – one of the company’s overall performance and the other of shift schedules, hourly accounts, and development. They spent countless hours and resources obtaining the data that gave them the overview and decision-making basis that was crucial for the company to grow and develop.

Together they created IntraManager PLC and the products IntraManager Work and IntraManager Board, which today are among the leading tools for contact centers in Denmark. The tools collect and display the ever-growing amount of data live, so you get an overview, momentum and room for development in your contact center. Work and Board creates value across all levels and functions – from the employees on the floor, who can see their own development, to the top management, who can get an insight into the finances and the contact centers development.
We are very positive about the future of IntraManager PLC. We are experiencing an incresing interest in our tools and see many exciting trends in the market, which gives us high hopes that we will help even more – both large and small – customers in Denmark and abroad. With our tools, we will contribute to the weekdays in contact cnters becoming more automated and optimized, and that there will be a greater focus on translating the data that is created into concrete strategies.
We also expect to expand our skilled team with even more colleagues who will take part in the development that IntraManager PLC is going through with its partners.

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Michael started IntraManager in 2011, which is why he has an extensive experience and understanding of processes and integrations between the systems.
This means that he can generate the best possible KPIs for the optimization of our business partners business’.
Michael is also a board member of the day care in his local area. Together with the rest of the board, he works closely with the city council and the municipality’s directors to create the best conditions for children in the area.
Henrik Y. Jensen
Henrik is a state authorized accountant (appointed in 2013) with many years of experience in auditing and consulting. Henrik has, among other things, advised on different matters in the purchase and sale of organizations as well as accounting, taxation, restructuring for primarily technology companies, real estate companies, consultancy, and production companies.
Henrik has experience in operating and managing strategic projects, and since 2019 he has been the Head of Strategy at Maersk Oil Trading & Investments PLC.
Lars has experience in operating and developing companies in both Denmark and abroad. For many years he was a member, and most recently the chairman, of the Danish Telemarketing Association. He is also the former CEO of OnLine Telemarketing. The organization grew by 2500 % and delivered positive results throughout the years. Lars has knowledge of operations and optimization and he manages the art of budgeting via KPIs at a very high level.
Lars is also doing voluntary work as he is a Patient and Relative representative in OUH’s program management for the PRO-cooperation.
